resource and referral agency

Our roots in child care resource and referral go back many years.

In the early 1980’s, Linda Mills developed the earliest prototype for enhanced CCR&R services. We have continued to develop the model to meet the rapidly changing needs of families and employers, while maintaining our commitment to the concept of community-based CCR&R. We are familiar with the range of issues facing CCR&Rs, and we count many CCR&Rs among our colleagues and clients.

You might even say that we wrote the book on CCR&R because in February 1996, the National Association of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies (NACCRRA) launched Blueprint for Success, which is referred to as the definitional work on the field of CCR&R. Linda Mills was one of the original proponents for a NACCRRA-sponsored Blueprint document.
